A non-profit and not affiliated with government or religious organizations. It is supported only by public donations and modest fees. They provide low cost spay and neuters for cats and dogs by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays. They also provide low cost vaccinations as well. Call to make appointment for surgery, however no appointments needed for vaccinations.
